Sandra Waddock is the Galligan Chair of Strategy, Carroll School Scholar of Corporate Responsibility, and Professor of Management at Boston College's Carroll School of Management.

In traditional cultures, the shaman is the healer, the connector, and the spiritual leader or sensemaker.
