About the event
Purim (Judaism) also known as the “Feast of Lots,” celebrates the survival of Jews who were marked for death by Persian rulers, with fasting, feasts, costumes and Hamantaschen (triangular cookies named after Haman, the villain in Esther's story, translation: Haman's ears). Join us as we gather at Hillel Miami University for an evening of making Hamentashen as well as creating a communal care package (Mishloch Manot) for Cedar Village in Cincinnatti.
